Recently OFF-BROADWAY in Himself & Nora

Lianne portrayed six different women in James Joyce's life - his mother, his daughter Lucia, his benefactress Harriet Weaver, his publisher Sylvia Beach, his student in Trieste Sophia, and one of his favorite Irish barmaids (of course). Himself and Nora is a passionate musical that reveals the private life of one of modern literature’s most controversial figures and illustrates the untold story of Joyce’s lifelong love and muse, Nora. It's a wonderful new musical with book, music and lyrics by Jonathan Brielle, directed by Michael Bush at the Minetta Lane Theatre in the heart of Greenwich Village. Featuring Matt Bogart as the bawdy, progressive author, and Whitney Bashor as Nora Barnacle.

Smokey Joe's Cafe

October 2012/January 2013 - I sang over 90 performances of "Smokey Joe's Cafe" at Florida Studio Theatre.  A cast of nine performers sang the rockin' tunes of Leiber & Stoller with a four-piece band on stage, and we were oversold every night in Sarasota.  As the token "powerhouse rock chick", my solos were "Kansas City", "I Keep Forgettin'", "I'm a Woman" and "Pearl's A Singer".
